All payments for the Compass Now Assessment Tool on the Unithink website are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay.
The prices displayed are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Once the payment is successfully made, users will receive immediate access to the assessment or be sent access credentials via email within 24 hours.
Unithink does not store or have access to any sensitive payment information such as credit/debit card details or bank credentials.
2. No Responsibility for Payment Gateway Issues
While we partner with trusted payment providers like Razorpay, Unithink is not responsible for any delays, technical errors, failed transactions, or unauthorized transactions that may occur due to issues with the payment gateway or the user's internet/network provider.
Any dispute or issue related to payment failures must be resolved directly with the payment gateway, though we are happy to assist in facilitating communication when needed.
3. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Once the Compass Now Assessment is purchased and access is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:
User dissatisfaction after accessing the assessment.
Inability to complete the assessment due to technical issues on the user’s end (e.g., browser incompatibility, poor internet).
Accidental purchases or duplicate payments unless verified by our support team.
Exceptions will only be made in cases of:
Failed transactions where the amount is debited but access is not provided.
In such cases, please email info@unithink.in with the transaction ID, payment screenshot, and registered email ID within 7 days of the transaction.
Once verified, the issue will be resolved within 3–5 working days, and a refund (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method.
4. Limitation of Liability
Unithink serves as a platform offering access to educational tools and assessments, including third-party resources such as the Compass Now Assessment.
We are not responsible for the content, results, or accuracy of any third-party tool or service accessed via our platform.
Users are advised to review all assessment-related information, features, and expected outcomes before making a purchase.
By completing the payment, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the assessment tool and agree to all related terms.
